Our Mold Removal Process:
- Step 1 - We wear protective clothing. Safety goggles and gloves are worn at all times while working within the home. All windows and doors are kept open and we wear respirators in special cases.
- Step 2 - We create a mixture of non-ammonia-based cleaners and hot water and we use cup cleaner for every gallon of water.
- Step 3 - We then apply the solution to all moldy surfaces using a stiff scrub brush. We scrub thoroughly, and rinse between applications with clean water.
- Step 4 - We make a mixture using cup bleach per gallon of hot water. This mixture disinfects any surfaces cleaned, and terminates remaining spores. The solution is generally poured into a sprayer and applied.
- Step 5 - Use enough of the mixture to ensure that each surface is completely saturated with the solution. Be sure to clean up any excess solution.
- Step 6 - Once application of the mixture is complete, the solution is left to dry overnight.
